Northeast's published NBCE results
Chiropractic programs are required to publish student outcomes. Northeast breaks out first-time pass rates for every NBCE exam, next to the average for all U.S. programs. Its two-year (2024–25) figures:

The college also tracks licensing success: graduates who passed every Part or were licensed within six months. That was 89% across 2022–2025 (376 of 422), climbing to 95% for the 2025 class.
What those numbers mean for you
Read the table from the top. Part I has the lowest first-time rate, at 81%, and it's the exam you'll face first. That pattern is common across schools: Part I covers six basic-science domains in one sitting, often while you're still carrying a full trimester load. The later exams build on clinical work you do every day. Part I is a big block of material you last studied a year or more earlier.
So the Part I year is where extra practice pays off most. A first-time pass keeps you on schedule. A retake means another $710 fee and another testing window.
Planning your boards around the trimester calendar
The NBCE opens Part I to second-year students and Part II to third-year students. Part III opens within nine months of graduation, and Part IV within six. On a 10-trimester program, that puts one exam in almost every year. The NBCE's computer-based windows run nearly every month from January through November, so you can usually pick a window between trimester exams. Scheduling closes 17 days before the test date.
Part IV is different now. It is only given at the NBCE's Assessment Center in Greeley, Colorado, so students at both the Seneca Falls and Levittown campuses need to plan for travel.
