Parker's own NBCE eligibility timeline
Most schools don't spell out exactly when each NBCE Part becomes available. Parker does, trimester by trimester:
- Part I: opens in Trimester 5, after finishing Trimesters 1-4 basic science coursework
- Part II: opens after coursework through Trimester 7
- Part III: available in Trimester 8, 9, or 10, once Part I is passed
- Part IV: available in Trimester 9 or 10, also contingent on passing Part I
That gives you a concrete planning target: know your trimester, know which Part opens up, and register with the NBCE's 17-day scheduling cutoff in mind.
Testing on campus
Parker states that it is an official NBCE Computer-Based Testing site, which means Part I, Part II, and Part III may be available without leaving Dallas, depending on the NBCE's session calendar and available seats in a given window. Part IV is handled separately: the NBCE now runs it exclusively at its own Assessment Center in Greeley, Colorado, so every Parker student needs to plan that trip regardless of where the rest of their testing happens.
Parker's published licensing figures
Parker publishes a Licensing Exam Success Rates table on its site, covering the share of graduates who passed all NBCE Parts or were licensed within 6 months of graduation:

Parker also publishes a DC Degree Completion Rate table, measured at the 150th-percentile timeframe for students entering Fall 2018 through Summer 2020, showing a 4-year weighted average of 87.6% (637 of 727 students). Both figures are Parker's own disclosures, as published on its national board scores and completion rates page.
Parker's Office of Institutional Effectiveness also sets its own internal target for NBCE performance: an 85% first-time pass-rate goal. Read the licensing table above alongside that internal goal, not as a ranking against other schools, and use it to gauge how a given year's cohort tracked against what Parker itself was aiming for.
